The Polish supplement market is a price war on Allegro and in pharmacies. White-label imports from China win shelf space on discount. SOMA entered as a premium play, with caramel-flavored drops, 8-10:1 extracts, and KSM-66®, at twice the price of bulk shelf supplements. One founder. Zero budget for staff. The brand, marketing, content, and ops all had to ship without paying people for every move.
