Challenge

Two developments in Bali, eleven luxury villas in total to design, build, and sell. Architects in Russia, structural crew in Indonesia, real estate agents in Bali and Europe. Three languages, five communication channels. The standard stack at this scale: a senior project manager on a six-figure salary, a marketing agency, a render studio, a dev shop for two marketing sites.
